Watch the “What is CrossFit?” video. Learn about our coaches and facility. Talk to friends who participate. Google it. While CrossFit can accommodate athletes of all ages and abilities, it may not be for everyone.

 

STEP 2: Sign up for Free 1 Week Trial 

The best way to find out about Crossfit is to....DO CROSSFIT! We offer a 1 weel Free trial so you can come in every day if you like and see how our classes run and meet our staff and most importanly get a feel for our community. Our coaches will work with you closely to scale any movements but give you a good feeling for the CrossFit experience. Go ahead...click the blue button.....you know you want to!

 

 

STEP 3: CHOOSE A MEMBERSHIP PLAN

 

Once you’ve decided to make this life-altering decision, review our membership rates .We offer a variety of packages including family, military, police, and fire department discounts. Come in and see us so we can choose the best plan for you.Then participate in our 4 Class On Ramp program that is designed to teach the foundational CrossFit movements in a small group setting and then use them in a workout. This will prepare you for the regular CrossFit classes. The cost of On Ramp is included with your membership!
