CrossFit Classes

There are thousands of CrossFit gyms all over the world, but each gym is different. Each individual gym has their own programming, class schedules, coaches, layout, memberships & pricing, etc. But what connects us all is the definition of CrossFit- “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity”. We incorporate all major elements of fitness: Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Our goal is to make you the most well rounded athlete you can be!

Beginners On Ramp Classes

At the beginning of your CrossFit membership, we offer 4 free on-ramp sessions with a coach. These are either 1:1 with a coach or in small groups with new members. A coach will educate you about what CrossFit is, provide info to know about our individual gym & classes, and teach you all the main movements we use in CrossFit so you can go into regular CF classes feeling confident & ready to go!

Nutrition Coaching

Personalized nutrition coaching with one of our three coaches (Halie, Bri, or Kyle) focused on building a plan best fit for YOU. Whether you are looking to lose weight, learn how to fuel for performance, lifting weights and building strength, or learning to love yourself more… we will build a lifestyle you can sustain and be successful with! We will work on ALL areas of health including mood, sleep, hydration, stress, self-care, exercise goals, mindset towards food, food quality, supplements, etc. It’s not just nutrition coaching, it’s lifestyle coaching!

Personal Training

We offer personal training sessions in 30 and 60 minute sessions for those who either want to start 1:1 with a coach to build foundational skills and movement patterns before hopping into CF classes (great for those hesitant to start), current members who want to improve certain skills/ strength/ mobility, younger athletes who want specialized training for their sport, etc. You’ll work with one of our coaches to make a plan and work towards your goals!

CrossFit Kids

CF Kids classes are lead by Coach Halie who is certified in the specialty course for CF Kids. The goal of this program is to help children learn to love fitness and have an understanding of health as a whole. We use a mix of strength and conditioning to improve their fitness while also keeping it fun with games and partner/team workouts! We want to help kids build a lifelong love for fitness & themselves!
